Celebrating 20 Years Together: A Conversation with My Husband and Me

I can't believe 20 years is here! It feels like yesterday, yet it feels like SO much life has happened in a short amount of time. There was never any doubt in my mind that we would make it to this milestone. Our beginning years were a huge learning curve for us, but we dug in and did the work, and it has been wonderful!

Kevin and I met our freshman year of high school. We had summer reading to do, and Kevin didn't read either book, so he started asking around for people who did read the books. His cousin gave him my number ad he called. I was new to the school and had no friends so I was inclined to give him the information about the books so he would like me. And wouldn't you know that little stinker got a better grade on the paper than I did!! I guess that's what I get for helping him cheat 😂

We went our separate ways senior year and after high school and then met back up again a few years later. The rest is history ❤️

I thought it would be fun for our 20th anniversary to sit down and answers some questions about the last 20 years. Kevin did not disappoint by recalling a memory from our wedding that is completely embarrassing for me 🫢 Just know that it was very out of character for me to do something like that🤦‍♀️🙃 So listen in and see how 20 years has shaped us ❤️
